Software assistance
TVK Project mission is to supply customers with an high level technical assistance addressed to a useful and satisfactory use of our software products. Technical assistance services include a complete suite of maintenance and support provided by a team of skilled technicians.
Provided services are:

• Access to download area.
• On-line assistence and technical documentation.
• E-mail assistance for specific requests.

Training
TVK Project aims to motivate an effective, independent and advanced use of its products. We believe in training activities both in sense of education and updating. We like to walk with our customers on the road to integration of technologies and working methods providing:

• Training and update course about our products.
• Track engineering training.
• Drivers training course.

Consulting
We believe that realizing and test on track our products, besides the passion that motivates ourselves is a fundamental step to give to customers functional and affordable solutions. In this sense we offer consultancy in order to develop specific programs to support the client in finding the right solution for design and optimization.

Research
TVK Project believes in research as the capability to increase the know-how in order to use the advantage gained for further developments of our products. For this reason we want to increase the collaboration with the research group Tor Vergata Karting to maintain our product at the state of the art for quality and technological content.
